What Sondara holds about you, who can see it, and what the requesting firm gets.

How it works

Sondara found you through public professional sources — regulatory filings, published research, public professional records. To reach you, Sondara may hold contact details for you (an email or postal address).

The line that matters: the requesting firm never sees your contact details. Firms see your name, your professional background, and — once you submit — your answers. Where the firm's view touches contactability at all, it shows only whether you are reachable, never how. Outreach always comes from Sondara, not from the firm.

Your answers, once you submit them, are delivered to the one firm that asked. On an unnamed invite, the firm's identity is withheld from you; your identity is never withheld from review obligations the firm has (their compliance team can audit the engagement record).

What you do

Nothing is required of you to keep this protection — it is how the system works. If you want something changed or removed:

1. To stop being contacted, see Declining and opting out.
2. For anything about your data — what is held, correction, deletion — the Privacy Policy states your rights and how to exercise them.

Good to know

• Answers you submit are part of the engagement record the paying firm keeps — submitting is the point of no return for that engagement.
• Submitted answers are checked for signs of material non-public information, and concerns are raised for compliance review. That review protects you as much as the firm.
