Price and payment

You set the price. Here is how it works.

How it works

Every engagement is paid, and you name the price — there is no fixed rate card and no negotiation form. The invite page has one field: Your price for this response (USD). Enter what your time and perspective are worth for the questions in front of you; amounts up to $100,000 are accepted.

You are paid in dollars, directly — never in credits, points, or platform balance. What the firm pays Sondara for its service is separate from and additional to your fee; your price is not squeezed by it.

What you do

  1. Read the questions first — price the work, not the interruption.
  2. Enter your price in the field below the questions, before you submit.
  3. Submit. The requesting team reviews your answers; you'll hear from Sondara about next steps and payment — payment follows the engagement completing, and arrangements are confirmed with you directly.

Good to know

  • A price is required thinking, not a filter — your answers are reviewed on their substance.
  • If you'd answer some questions but not at the asked scope, say so in your answers; scoped follow-ups are normal.
  • Payment terms sit under the Expert Terms.
